Carolyn Tarpey is a qualified Home Economist with a passion for food. She has an impressive CV having worked at Fortnum and Mason, Phillips, and Nestle, where she worked on major brands including Gold Blend and Nescafe. Carolyn has freelanced at Moulinex and was a cookery editor at Best Magazine where her activities ranged from demonstration to recipe development to literature. In addition, Carolyn has carried out work for the BBC Good Food exhibition, the Ideal Home Exhibition and has run focus cookery courses. She has a specialist interest in dietary requirements such as wheat intolerance, vegetarian, vegan, organic and diabetes.
