Carolyn has freelanced at Moulinex and as cookery editor at a Best Magazine, where her activities ranged from demonstration to recipe development to literature. In addition, Carolyn has carried out work for the BBC Good Food Exhibition and for the Ideal Home Exhibition and has run focused cookery courses. She has a specialist interest in special dietary requirements such as wheat intolerance, vegetarian, vegan organic and diabetes.
